Tim Eckman
Senior Estimator
Tim joins the Paramount Contracting staff with 20 years of construction experience, which includes 10 years in estimating. His energetic and goal-oriented approach to his work will benefit the entire team as he manages and supervises the estimating department. He grew up in Strasburg and attended Penn State where he studied accounting, which comes in handy as he crunches the numbers for a mutually-beneficial relationship with our general contracting clients. Loyal and dedicated to his profession and family, he is an easy-going husband and father to a daughter and two sons. He enjoys hunting, fishing and scouting with his son.

Jeremy Johnson (J.J.)
Estimator
J.J.'s contributions to Paramount Contracting are unique and varied. He estimates construction jobs while performing our IT support, including maintenance of the company server and website. His diverse background includes auto mechanics, warehouse manager, drywall installer, and truss designer and has been with Paramount for one year. His 'get-the-job done' determination is apparent in his innovative thinking and dynamic approach. A Middletown native, J.J. currently lives in Elizabethtown with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys hunting and fishing or any excuse to be outdoors and in the woods.

Andrew Littlejohn
Estimator
Andrew joined Paramount Contracting as an estimator with eight years of experience. He received a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, after serving in the U.S. Army. As an estimator, Andrew prides himself in detailed complete scopes and getting bids out on time. Andrew is a Berks county native but now lives in Ephrata with his wife and daughter. He enjoys playing and watching sports, running and is involved with his church in Terre Hill.
